NYSNA Pension Plan verification letters for retirees were mailed on April 10. If you received a letter from the Plan and HMS, the third-party business we have partnered with to conduct this process, you should follow the instructions to confirm your identity as soon as possible. Not all retirees received a letter to complete this process in 2026. You MUST call HMS directly at (844) 512-2681 for any questions regarding the verification process. Our pension analysts do not have access to any of HMS’ files to check on the status of your response.
The New York State Nurses Association Pension Plan

- Was formed to provide NYSNA members and participating employers an affordable, comprehensive, and efficient retirement plan.
Pension Verification initiative continues in 2024
The Plan’s annual Pension Verification initiative helps us to ensure that all retirees and beneficiaries entitled to a pension benefit are rightfully receiving their monthly benefit as expected. All we need from you is your signature for our files. If you received a form from us in the mail, please return it or submit it to us online as soon as possible.
