The NYSNA Benefits Fund begins its spousal eligibility review May 8
The Benefits Fund is beginning its spousal eligibility verification the second week of May 2026. Letters are being mailed from HMS Friday, May 8. When you receive your letter, please open it immediately, read it completely, and respond as soon as possible. Any questions or concerns must be addressed to HMS using the contact information found in the letter. Please do not call the Fund office for information on your spousal eligibility review as our representatives don't have access to HMS' files.
