New York State Nurses Association Pension Plan & Benefits Fund

Established in 1972 and located in Albany, NY, the New York State Nurses Association Pension Plan and Benefits Fund are separate, multiemployer plans providing health insurance and retirement benefits for RNs and other medical professionals throughout New York State represented under collective bargaining by NYSNA.

The plans are governed by two Boards of Trustees, which have an equal number of representatives from NYSNA and the management of participating facilities. Here at the Plan and Fund office, we have approximately 50 employees on staff dedicated to providing the highest level of service exclusively to our participants.

Contacting Sharron

Due to ongoing circumstances at many of our participating facilities, Communications Representative Sharron Carlson is splitting her time visiting facilities in person while also making herself available via phone to discuss your healthcare and pension concerns.

Notification of her in-person and virtual events will be communicated via Sharron’s Calendar (see link below), email, our Facebook page, and texts, so please contact the Plan & Fund if your personal contact information has recently changed. In order to send you text messages, we require a valid personal email address for our files.

To reach Sharron, please call 518-869-9501, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
